My Personal Chef, LLC. is dedicated to providing you with the
freshest and highest quality of catered foods. We are here to
serve our customers as agreed upon in the individual consultations.
Our purpose and constant goal is to please the customer. Therefore,
we are always open to your suggestions or ideas. We understand
the need for individual dietary requests and welcome special orders.
All modifications of the menu attached should be authorized through
My Personal Chef, LLC. and are subject to an additional charge.
This included substituting items, changing menu items and adding
items to pre-fixed menus.
When completing the catering contract, an estimated guest count
is required. The estimated guest count should reflect the realistic
number of guests you anticipate attending your event. My Personal
Chef, LLC. requires confirmation on guest counts 5 days prior
to the event. If there are any changes made after the deadline,
the customer will be charged the higher count of guests. Private
parties will require a 30% deposit to hold the event date. In
the event that a party is cancelled in less then 30 days before
the scheduled date, the deposit will not be refunded.
In the event that equipment owned or rented by My Personal Chef,
LLC. is broken/damaged outside of normal use and wear & tear,
clients will be charged the replacement cost for those items.
Items that are stolen, thrown away, or lost will be treated the
same; client will be charged the replacement cost of the item.
My Personal Chef, LLC. requests that full payment be made the day of the event. In the event the client does not make full payment when the services are rendered, My Personal Chef, LLC. will charge a 10% late fee or $50.00 which ever is greater. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, American Express and Visa as payment. My Personal Chef, LLC. reserves the right to charge the customer $30.00 each time a check does not clear with the bank.
