Tracey M. Arcelli, Chef / Owner of My Personal Chef, LLC., graduated
from The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY in 1996.
Following graduation, Tracey worked at Max Downtown, Hartford,
CT. and Max Amore in Glastonbury. She then held the day Sous Chef
position at Black Eyed Sallies in Hartford. In the Fall of 2001,
My Personal Chef, LLC. was created.
