| Tracey Arcelli, Chef/Owner of My Personal Chef,
LLC, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park,
N.Y. in 1996. Following graduation, Tracey was offered a position
with the Max Group. After a three year tenure at Max Amore in Glastonbury,
and Max Downtown, in Hartford, Tracey took a Sous Chef position
at Black-Eyed Sallies in downtown Hartford.
While working at Black Eyed Sallies, Tracey was invited as a
guest chef to the annual Les Chef Femmes charity dinner in 1999
and 2000. During that time, she also participated in the Share
Our Strength’s Taste of the Nation charity event.
Tracey ventured out with entrepreneurial spirit and created ‘My
Personal Chef, LLC.’ in 2001. Quickly the business took
off, growing into a true catering and personal meal service. While
creating her own business, Tracey continued to keep her hand in
the corporate culinary world working for the Marriott Corporation
in Hartford/Windsor, as a Sous Chef.
My Personal Chef, LLC. has grown now through the years, and
offers personal chef services, staffing, catered food and rental
equipment. She also has a professional and experienced staff that
works with her to make
you feel like a guest at your own party!
